Player Profiles: Alex Maditsi

Coca-Cola East and Central Africa Country manager, Alex Maditsi, was the legal director for Global Business Connections in Detroit, Michigan before he joined the Coca-Cola group.  Before that he also spent time at the Ford Motor Company and Schering-Plough in the USA, where he practiced as an attorney.

Maditsi is a Fulbright Scholar and a member of the Harvard Law Association. He attended Harvard Law School from 1990 – 1992.

A single handicap golfer, Maditsi has been a regular supporter of the Gary Player Invitational presented by Coca-Cola since his debut in 2005 and makes his seventh consecutive appearance in Africa’s premier charity event.

He won the Fourball Alliance competition in 2005 with Gary Player, Trevor Immelman and Ahmad Rashad and in 2007, combined with two-time LPGA Major winner Sally Little and world number one Luke Donald for his second victory in the team competition.
